Mountain Mission Truck: It’s Time for Your Spring Cleaning!

The Mountain Mission is in great need of men’s and children’s clothing (both summer and winter), hand soap for the restrooms, toilet paper, garbage bags (13 gallon and up), paper towels, mops, brooms, rubber bands, safety pins, coffee, creamer, and coffee cups. We also need lots of banana boxes! Please drop off donated items to the Resource Room (just past the Connection Center) before March 13. Thank you so much for responding!

Help Gather St. Luke History

We are gathering photos and stories from the last 40 years to be displayed during St. Luke’s 40th Birthday Celebration. Please go through your photographic memories that involve our church. Bring them, with descriptions and stories, to the Resource Room, behind the Connection Center, and leave them in the designated basket. Let’s share our past. Any questions? Contact Denise Ockerman 494-1482.

Coming Soon!

In celebration of St. Luke’s 40th anniversary, we will be offering commemorative items!  T-shirts, stainless steel coffee tumblers, and insulated water tumblers, all with a special 40th anniversary logo, will arrive soon.  Be on the lookout in the Connection Center!

Easter Challenge: Egg-A-Neighbor!

We have some very special buckets prepared for you to take home and share with families in your neighborhood! Instructions for you are included!  These buckets will help our church share the true reason we celebrate Easter.  Eggs, activity books and a postcard invitation are all with the bucket. Take one, take two or more and impact your neighborhood in a wonderful way!  Buckets are available through Palm Sunday at the Connection Center.  If you’d like to “Egg” the families of Kids Café and Wednesday.comm children, names and addresses will also be at the Connection Center.

Help Us Update Our Prayer List

We love praying for people, but we would also like to keep the prayer list updated. Help us keep an updated prayer list by contacting the church office if you have a relative or friend in need of healing. Persons on the prayer lists will be automatically rotated out after one month unless the church has been notified otherwise.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

This new ministry knits and crochets beautiful prayer shawls for people who are experiencing either times of celebration or times of need.  Want to pray and knit or crochet for this ministry?  Know someone who would benefit from receiving a prayer shawl?  Contact Sue Pixler at bspixler@gmail.com or 307-321-2934.
