Unity Sunday – One Service
We will be having a very special Sunday on Sunday, January 24 as we kick off the 40th Anniversary year for the church. We will have one worship service that Sunday which will bring together each of our worshipping communities. It will be from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Sanctuary and will be followed by a potluck fellowship meal in the Gym. Our own Bishop Davis will bring the message and each worshipping community will have a unique part of the service as we celebrate “unity in our diversity.”
Bulletin and Newsletter Deadlines
Sunday bulletin announcements are due on Tuesdays and newsletter stories or items are due by the 15th of the month prior.
Keenagers Class Invitation
The new year offers the opportunity to consider how we are going to grow our spiritual lives in the next 365 days. We invite you to think about joining us in the Keenagers Sunday School Class. Most of us are 50 and older, but that is not an absolute requirement. On January 10, we are starting a study of Max Lucado’s new book, Glory Days. It’s going to be an exciting journey. We meet in the Trinity Room from 9:45 – 10:45 am on Sundays. The book is $13.00. For more info call Stan Durbin at 263-0402.
