Frequently Asked Questions

How can I give online?

There are two ways to give through Church Community Builder:

  • Giving while logged in (repeat giving is only available logged in.)
  • Giving while logged out (referred to as Public Gifts.)
Tip: Giving while logged in allows you to save a payment method for future one time gifts or set up repeating giving.
 

How can I give a recurring gift?

Once you create an account with our CCB platform and are logged in, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month or monthly.

If you do not have an online account, request an account here. 

If you need to log in, log in here and click "Give" on the left side.

How do I obtain a giving statement?

Log in to St. Luke Online and click on the $ tab on the left. At the top of the page click the Schedules/History tab. Click Giving Statement on the top right of the page. Under Type choose (Individual or Family), choose a date range, and under Tax Deductible choose deductible only. You can run this statement as often as you wish. If you need assistance, contact the office and we can run this report and mail it to you.

What if I want to stop repeating gifts, change payment method, or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?

You can delete or stop a scheduled contribution at any time, and create a new one with the desired change.
 

Is online giving secure?

Yes, from beginning to end all of your giving data is secured. Read more about our giving system HERE.

Can I give to multiple funds online?

We do have a few funds online where you are able to split your giving. Currently, those are the Ministry and Vision fund (our main ministry fund), the Alms Fund, and the Balloon Fund.

While we recommend giving to the Ministry and Vision fund so that funds can be properly distributed, if you would like to give to a fund that is not listed, please email us after you have made your donation.
