We will be offering a beginners Tai Chi class on Tuesdays starting May 3 from 6:30 - 7:30pm in the Gym.
Tai-chi is a noncompetitive system of gentle exercise & stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring your body is in constant motion. This is a long form which usually takes about a year to complete so a commitment to attending is encouraged.
Why do Tai-Chi? You may experience improved flexibility, balance & agility, improved muscle strength & aerobic capacity, and decreased stress!
If you are interested in learning this form please join us!

There are two tables and score is rarely kept. Whether you are a beginner, haven’t played in a long time, or are a fierce competitor, you are invited to attend.
