St. Luke is pleased to offer senior fitness classes four times per week indoors in the Life Center Gymnasium. Mondays at 11:15 a.m., Chair Yoga. This class will focus on building strength, improving and maintaining balance and encouraging stretching and relaxation. Silver Sneakers classes are free to St. Luke members over the age of 65.
Upward is a different kind of sports league where we strive to ensure that every child, regardless of skill or ability, works toward reaching their potential as an athlete, and as a human being. We offer this basketball league to boys and girls alike who are between K5-6th grade. Registration usually begins in the fall with practice and games starting in late December and/or early January. The church track (the hallway surrounding the gym) is available Monday through Friday for members and their guests from 8:30 a.m.-4:30pm for anyone desiring a smooth, indoor walking area. 15 times around the track is a full mile. It is open to the public during
these hours as well. Please leave your photo ID with the Connection Center desk worker.
