Zm4BC.AuSt.79If Swahili is your native language, or you’re looking for a worship service that is culturally rooted in Africa, then join us for one of our two services every Sunday in the Loft or Fellowship Hall.

A worship service in the Swahili language meets on Sunday afternoons at 12:30 pm. in The Loft. Pastor Issaya Mweneshe, originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, serves as the pastor for the Swahili Congregation. David Balodani, also from the Congo, serves in leading this ministry. This ministry invites all Swahili speakers and people from east African countries who now live in the Lexington area.

We love the opportunity to pray. We have a prayer meeting every Saturday at 10:30a.m. We hope you will join us!

If you are looking for a service that is a blend of several cultures from the African continent, we have a Multicultural Service, established back in 2012, that meets weekly in the Fellowship Hall. The service includes scripture readings in languages representing Kenya, Senegal, the Congo, Bhutan, Nigeria and Ethiopia.
