This Sunday, Hospitality Lunch • Do you have the gift of hospitality? Do you enjoy making folks feel welcome and valued? Then the Lay Mobilization Team invites you to the Hospitality Vision Lunch this Sunday at 12:00pm in Fellowship Hall to hear how individual ministries impact people and foster discipleship growth at St Luke. We will be thanking the current team members for their service and sharing the vision for hospitality at St. Luke in 2017 and beyond. If you are interested in one of the following areas – greeters, ushers, millers, welcome center, post cards, guest follow-up – please join us!
Raising Funds for Nicaragua • We need your help raising funds to send 14 people from St. Luke to Nicaragua for a short-term mission trip on April 1. We will be leading teacher trainings, providing medical outreach, and participating in some light construction work. You can help us by donating to our trip (just put “mission trip fund” in the memo line), online at stlukeumc.org/missionstrip, or by purchasing “shares” in the trips for $25 each at the Connection Center in March and April. You can also support the team at Wednesday.comm meals on March 15. Want to know more? Contact Reid Buchanan at firstname.lastname@example.org or Mark Walz at email@example.com.
“Where Do I Fit In” begins this Wednesday • New to St. Luke? Want to know more about the church and where you might find your place?
