UMW Esther Circle • The Esther Circle of the United Methodist Women will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2nd. Our speaker will be Mark Walz – he will give us more information on St Luke’s Nicaragua Water Project. Come, start the New Year with us and learn about how you can help to provide clean water to our partner village in Nicaragua. Of course, there will be refreshments and lots of friendly discussion.

This year the project for our special Christmas offering is the Nicaragua Water Project, as we work with our partners there to bring clean water to families in our partner village there. Contributions to this offering must be in a Christmas envelope, and please note “Water Project” in the memo section.
With the end of the year fast approaching, please consider your year-end giving to our 2017 Ministry and Vision Fund. Women’s Bible Study • The Women’s Bible Study will resume on Wednesday January 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Room 126. Women of all ages are welcome to join us as we begin our seven week study, “The Rewritten Life- When God Changes Your Story ” by Jessica LaGrone. This study will explore the transformational power of God through the stories of people in the Bible whose lives, and names, were changed forever by God. Offering for KY United Methodist Homes for Children & Youth
The Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children & Youth (KyUMH) offering is today. Every 5th Sunday, we support this ministry to children and youth with histories of abuse, neglect and/or family trauma. KyUMH brings hope and healing to over 150 youth and families throughout Kentucky each day though residential and community-based programs.
